In California, I am currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

In District of Columbia, I am currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Kaiser Permanente of Mid Atlantic.

In DC, I am independently paneled with CareFirst BCBS. If you are a CareFirst BCBS member, please contact me directly to discuss next steps for scheduling and coverage.

My out of network rate is $185 for an individual 50-minute session and $250 for a couples 50-minute session. I do offer sliding-scale: $100-185 depending on income.

If you have an out-of-network insurance plan, please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan includes out-of-network benefits. If it does, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement.
